Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- US work authorization
- Complete software training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by the Manager
- In partnership with the Implementation Project Manager, attend training calls to become fully knowledgeable about each client’s benefits package.
- Establish a relationship with the employer group and broker contacts
- Coordinate the collection of information and communicate with the appropriate departments within Prepare Benefits
- Configuration and test the employer group’s Benefits Administration site
- Collect and document all required data elements in the employer group’s enrollment platform
- Work with QA on configuration audits
- Support and manage Decision Support portals
- Participate in employer group and/or broker meetings to review functionality issues or participate in rollout discussions
- Retain accountability for satisfactory Benefits consultations with employees
- All other duties as deemed necessary by management
- High School Diploma (college degree preferred) or job experience equivalency
- 1-3 years in a related field
- High technical aptitude
- Must demonstrate above-average initiative, self-reliance, and autonomy,
- Possess strong judgment, knowing when to involve others
- Familiar with call center software
- Ability to be an effective team member
- Must be able to work outside of normal work hours
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- 9 hour shift (hrs may vary)
- 1 hour break for lunch
- Many of our projects allow for remote work
- Must have reliable broadband internet
- Must have private workspace
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
