What you will enjoy doing*

You will conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
In this position, you will provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and benefits and resolve any issues that may arise
You will promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
This role will gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
You will enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities, community engagement and other activities
Further you will assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of policies and procedures, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development

What makes you great

You possess a bachelor's with 0-3 years of experience OR 10+ years of directly related human resources experience
You will need a high proficiency with MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
This position requires a strong communication skills, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail
You must have the ability to support 24/7 Operations and adjust work schedule when needed
You need knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
You are a preferred candidate with experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
