What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
  • In this position, you will provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and benefits and resolve any issues that may arise
  • You will promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • This role will gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • You will enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities, community engagement and other activities
  • Further you will assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of policies and procedures, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development

What makes you great

  • You possess a bachelor's with 0-3 years of experience OR 10+ years of directly related human resources experience
  • You will need a high proficiency with MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • This position requires a strong communication skills, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail
  • You must have the ability to support 24/7 Operations and adjust work schedule when needed
  • You need knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
  • You are a preferred candidate with experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
