Human Resources Associate

Houma, LA

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, professionally handling all incoming visitors and callers, providing administrative/clerical support to the HR department, coordinating the applicant process through an application tracking system including scheduling tests, interviews, pre-employment physicals, etc. Also, will be responsible for assisting in orientation packets, and other clerical duties assigned by management. The ideal candidate must have one (1) year of experience performing general office clerical/administrative support function in addition to being able to communicate effectively. Must have basic computer skills using MS Office applications (i.e. MS Excel and MS Word), able to maintain confidentiality, self-motivated, organized and has good communication skills. Previous Human Resources experience and bilingual is a plus.
