General Description: The Sr Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing recruitment activities to strategically find and recruit top talent providers to OU Health. This individual will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team alike. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying recruitment tools to source and create candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand organizational/business needs, creating and executing recruitment strategies, requisition and job postings management, high quality candidate identification and selection, and calculating job offers.

Manage day-to-day execution of the hiring process by creation of candidate pipelines, identifying, attracting and securing top talent, facilitating interviews, gathering hiring manager feedback, and calculation/extension of offers.
Champion a best in class and efficient candidate experience that reflects OU Health’s brand, culture, and growth throughout the entire recruitment experience.
Create and execute tailored recruitment strategies/plans by leveraging market knowledge to include posting jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates, and use of emerging technology to attract diverse and qualified talent for hard-to-fill and time-sensitive roles.
Initiate and build relationships with local colleges, selecting/attending both local and national conferences as well as networking to create candidate pipelines.
Partner closely with other Sr TA Partners and TA Managers to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.
Stay well-informed on current and future trends, market developments, strategic recruitment strategies, and market competition as related to recruitment and healthcare.
Lead recruitment for higher level positions/departments.
Establish a collaborative approach and strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational goals, enhancing overall hiring outcomes.
Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes, understand business needs, and provide regular updates.
Actively and constructively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions and participate in professional development activities and SLA/KPI reviews to improve results and share market insights.
Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) in recruitment to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Ensure accurate candidate status/disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure adherence with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 5 years of professional recruitment experience required. Experience in healthcare recruitment strongly preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or other approved relevant certification required at the time of hire or attainment within 12 months of hire.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday preferred.
Self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure.
Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
