Summary
We seek an experienced HR professional to lead full-cycle talent acquisition and HR operations, with a strong focus on recruiting in financial services and hands-on expertise in Rippling HRIS and ATS. This role is pivotal in shaping our culture, optimizing HR workflows, and ensuring compliance and engagement across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize Rippling ATS to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job postings.
- Build employer branding initiatives and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Actively source candidates who align with Potomac’s mission and values.
HR Operations
- Administer HR processes in Rippling, including onboarding, employee data management, and compliance workflows.
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
- Assist with performance management cycles and employee engagement programs.
Compliance & Culture
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Promote Potomac’s culture of transparency and execution through HR initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting in financial services.
- Proficiency in Rippling HRIS and Rippling ATS.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
Objectives
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent to support Potomac’s growth by executing a seamless, high-touch full-cycle recruitment process.
- Leverage Rippling HRIS and ATS to optimize HR workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all employee lifecycle operations.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and engagement through impactful HR initiatives and effective employee relations management.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to develop and implement employer branding strategies that position Potomac as an employer of choice in the financial services industry.

The pay range for this role is:90,000 - 115,000 USD per year(Potomac HQ)
