About the roleThe Human Resources Senior Manager will lead the strategic and operational HR function across a multi-state, early-stage data center technology company. This role will oversee all areas of HR—including workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, recruiting, payroll as needed, benefits, culture, and learning and development. The Senior Manager will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, while ensuring HR programs align with business goals and comply with multi-state regulations. This position is expected in office and based in our Denver, CO office.

Qualifications10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership roleExperience working with field-based teams and environmental or technical workforcesDeep understanding of multi-state labor law compliance (CO, WA, OR, CA+) Strong executive presence with a collaborative, solution-oriented leadership style Excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalismStrong knowledge of MS suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsAuthorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer visa sponsorshipLeadership and org design competencies
Education BA/BS, with a graduate degree or equivalent preferred in HR or related field of study Senior SHRM or HR certification

The pay range for this role is:160,000 - 185,000 USD per year(Colorado)
