POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will deliver hands-on and virtual training and support for Epic and additional application systems to end users across the organization, ensuring successful adoption and optimal workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will develop and present comprehensive training programs, create user-friendly materials, and resolve training-related issues to enhance Epic end-user proficiency. By fostering positive engagement and gathering user feedback, the ideal candidate will identify opportunities for improvement and address concerns promptly. This role includes monitoring Epic and additional application usage, generating performance reports, and collaborating closely with training teams and end users to align support with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will participate in project meetings, provide updates on training initiatives, and advocate for system enhancements based on emerging trends and best practices. The position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to travel for training and go-live events.

This position will provide at the elbow support for the end users of the application systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating the successful adoption and ongoing support of our application systems. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care workflows through technology.
Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare information system training or related field.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
• Desire to improve customer value and build collegial relationships to achieve workflow efficiency outcomes.
• Requires the ability to travel on an overnight basis to provide training or to support go-live events in both the acute care and ambulatory environments.
