POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a passionate, strategic and executionary leader who has experience in recruiting exceptional talent, building high-level performing teams and developing and leading a full-cycle recruitment strategy to support our vision, mission, culture and business objectives. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to our management leaders. You will collaborate with HR partners, cultivate strong business relationships across the organization, and ensure best-in-class candidate experience.
Position is onsite in the Arlington, TX area; hybrid working model
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Talent Acquisition Partnership:
- Work closely with HR Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, while maintaining strong partnerships to anticipate workforce needs and align talent priorities.
- Build business relationships with key stakeholders, including HR partners, hiring managers, and leadership. Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate collaboration, and ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication, setting clear expectations and managing appropriate timelines.
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment process, creating a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This includes managing expectations, providing timely updates, and being seen as a trusted advisor through the hiring process.
- Experience in job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, representing the business when working with external agencies (when necessary), pre-employment requirements (background and drug testing), professional reference checks, extending offers and managing the negotiation process, when applicable.
- Ability to coach and lead hiring managers through the recruitment process to make best informed hiring decisions.
- Use recruitment analytics to communicate insights to stakeholders. Translate data into actionable KPI’s.
- Take ownership of the recruitment tools and systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn and Indeed).
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including OFCCP, while maintaining transparency and fairness with internal equity and hiring decision.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition management, leading the full recruitment life cycle.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems; ADP preferred but not required.
- Legal knowledge and compliance with recruitment life cycle.
- Experience with Affirmative Action reporting.
- Successful experience in sourcing strategies and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
