The Revenue and Payroll (R&P) team is responsible for processing data changes for our external employees that impact the Payroll and Revenue Departments. Our goal is to ensure that data changes are made appropriately and efficiently so that payroll and invoicing are completely on time and accurately.

• Review requests and perform data changes that impact the payroll and revenue departments, including pay and bill rate changes, profile set up changes, and other candidate, client, or contract-specific information
• Work closely with members of Payroll, Revenue, and Compliance departments to ensure changes are compliant with Insight Global policies, client specific requirements and state/federal requirements
• Collaborate with the sales field when new or unique situations arise and provide solutions
• Identify areas of improvement to create more efficient processes and decrease turnaround time from when the request is submitted to when it is completed
