Talent Acquisition Partner (Bi‑Lingual) – Contractor
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite at Plant)
Responsibilities:
At Shearer’s, our Talent Acquisition Partners play a critical role in driving our business forward. They work closely with hiring managers, aligning talent strategies with operational needs to ensure we attract, select, and hire the best people.
We are seeking a Bi‑Lingual Talent Acquisition Professional to support our high‑volume manufacturing site in Fort Worth, TX.
This onsite contractor role will own the hourly recruiting process for the facility.
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor through strong communication, listening, and influence.
- Build relationships with internal customers to understand workforce needs, capability gaps, and talent profiles.
- Consult with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop proactive, comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of labor market trends in the functional and geographic areas you support.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process—from intake and strategy through sourcing, selection, and offer.
- Source, attract, and hire both active and passive talent to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Define target candidate profiles and create tailored recruitment strategies using targeted advertising and proactive search.
- Utilize effective sourcing methods including social media, job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and industry networks.
- Conduct passive and active sourcing for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles across levels.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- Ensure all candidates and hiring managers receive timely, transparent, and effective communication throughout the process.
- Foster a positive experience by clearly communicating expectations, timelines, company culture, and Shearer’s value proposition.
- Guide candidates through the interview and selection process, ensuring professionalism and engagement at every step.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the hiring process and drive improvements within your departments or plant.
- Make recommendations and support change implementation to enhance talent acquisition performance.
- Collaborate closely across HR and site leadership to ensure alignment and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual proficiency (English & Spanish required).
- Experience recruiting in a high‑volume manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
- Strong sourcing capability, including experience engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on providing excellent service and candidate experience.
