JOB SUMMARY
Assures quality programs, in services, educational opportunities, and pertinent activities are available to meet the needs of the phlebotomy personnel. Provides support, technical guidance, and clinical expertise for staff. Maintains records for accountability of continuing education, in services, certifications, annual appraisals, and orientation for all phlebotomists.
