Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Compensation starting at $28.42 per hour.

What You’ll Do
As the Payroll & AHA Program Administrator, you will support core payroll and compensation operations while providing administrative oversight for key organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support payroll administration and system-wide compensation and benefits processes in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, HRIS, and operational leaders to ensure accurate and timely payroll-related processes.
- Assist with job evaluations, position description reviews, and market-based compensation analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee and compensation data.
- Provide administrative oversight and coordination for the organization’s American Heart Association (AHA) training programs, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and internal requirements.
- Support physician compensation administration and related processes as assigned.
- Promote compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across assigned programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational needs.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 3 years of progressive HR experience with analytical processes with knowledge of Payroll and Time & Attendance programs
- Experience in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Working knowledge of payroll and compensation principles preferred.
- Familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulations (FLSA, wage and hour requirements, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Physical & Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with prolonged sitting and computer use.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs.
- Standard healthcare office environment.
