The Human Resources Programs Supervisor is a hands-on, working supervisor responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of key HR programs. This role actively manages the Workers’ Compensation program, including claims administration and the development of proactive safety initiatives; oversees Leave of Absence programs to ensure regulatory compliance; and supports recruitment through proactive sourcing and resume mining. The position provides functional supervision while remaining directly involved in program work and reports to senior HR leadership.
Requirements include
- A minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience, with extensive Workers’ Compensation experience including claims management, reporting, and safety program development.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
