Role Overview:
The Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous evolution of Brother's Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing) - a strategic rotational program designed to create an immersive experience, accelerating the development of talent across Brother's multiple business units.
This role serves as the direct people leader for Enterprise Navigator Program Specialists (Sales & Marketing) within Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing) and is responsible for hiring, performance management, development planning, and overall employee experience throughout program participation. While the Director, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Mobility (Americas), and business leaders provide day-to-day project oversight, the Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs ensures consistency in learning outcomes, performance standards, and alignment to program objectives.
In addition to leading the Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing), the Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs provides strategic insights and direction to the Talent Acquisition team on industry-leading practices and opportunities for further program development across the organization. The Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs, also serves as a strategic internal mobility leader partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to design scalable mobility frameworks and best practices that strengthen internal talent mobility, workforce agility, and long-term talent retention across the Americas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Navigator Program Leadership & Design
- Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing), with strategic direction from the Director, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Mobility Americas, ensuring alignment with business priorities, talent strategy, and workforce planning needs.
- Serve as direct reporting manager for the Sales & Marketing Enterprise Navigator Program Specialist employees of the Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing), including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching/training, and career development.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development team, business leadership, and managers of assigned rotations to define role expectations, learning objectives, rotation scope, and measurable success criteria.
Internal Talent Mobility Program Design & Maturation
- Serve as an internal mobility subject-matter expert, advising Talent Acquisition and HR partners on best practices, emerging trends, and scalable program models.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align enterprise mobility strategy with future capability needs and drive scalable enhancements that expand internal mobility initiatives beyond the Enterprise Navigator Program, strengthen development, and improve retention of internal talent.
- Develop standardized processes, tools, and metrics to elevate the maturity of internal mobility practices across the Americas.
Experience & Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in sales, marketing, business administration, human resources, organizational development, or similar
- Master's Degree or MBA (Preferred)
Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent management, internal mobility, early career programs, rotational programs, or workforce development
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience designing, launching, or managing rotational, internal mobility, or development programs across multiple business functions and within a highly matrixed organization, for mid-level or high-level roles (not exclusively early career)
- 3+ years of people management experience, including direct accountability for hiring, performance management, and employee development, including experience designing and training to a prescribed learning curriculum
Software/Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) use and administration (Preferred)
Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including close attention to detail and active listening.
- Ability to present with executive presence to senior leaders
- Ability to plan/coordinate complex projects and events, in consideration of company-wide objectives
- Ability to identify efficiencies and opportunities in budget, resource allocation, and processes, and make recommendations for improvement
- Ability to effectively challenge and influence peers and customers
Additional Details for This Role:
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager. #LI-Hybrid
Base Salary
- The targeted base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $136,000 per year.
- Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.
Additional Compensation
- This position is eligible for a 15% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.
- Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.
