Human Resources Manager

  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION

    • Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with the Leadership Team on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.

  • EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor’s degree or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification in Human Resources preferred.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience in a leadership role preferred, or minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience required
    • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
    • Must have effective communication and experience in managing conflict resolutions.
    • Ability to lead change and influence at all levels of the organization.
