Within your first year, you will lead compliance tracking, manage the annual performance review cycle, and oversee key HR processes that keep our organization running smoothly. At the same time, you'll drive employee engagement initiatives — planning monthly treats, contributing to company culture, and helping create moments employees genuinely look forward to. You'll also support our employer brand by managing LinkedIn and Glassdoor content, collaborating on recruiting campaigns, and creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva. This role offers a unique blend of structure and creativity, giving you broad exposure across HR functions.

What You'll Do:
Update, organize, and audit all employee personnel files to ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Track and manage annual compliance policy acknowledgments and required employee training certifications and audit and reporting requirements
Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations across all departments and maintain secure documentation of completed evaluations
Support onboarding process and new-hire relations
Manage the company's monthly employee newsletter
Take full ownership of monthly employee engagement treats and assist with on and off-site employee events
Stock employee break rooms
Manage and maintain recruiting-related social media postings (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
Assist in all other areas of HR and Recruiting as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
0–3 years of HR or administrative experience
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
