HR Coordinator
Renewal by Andersen, the leading window replacement company backed by more than 120 years of innovation, is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams.
This HR support role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, professional experience for candidates and employees. The ideal candidate has hands‑on HR experience, enjoys organization and process, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support across onboarding, employee documentation, and HR systems
- Support new‑hire onboarding, including document collection and system setup
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems with attention to detail
- Assist with benefits‑related tasks and training coordination
- Track HR and Talent Acquisition metrics and prepare basic reports
- Support leave‑of‑absence processes, including FMLA and ADA documentation
- Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role (HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with HR systems or ATS platforms is a plus
