Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Human Resources Recruiter to help attract and hire the talented professionals who power our organization. This opportunity is open to both current CPH employees and external applicants who ready to make a difference.

Position Summary: The Recruiter develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives to identify and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, facilitate interviews, present competitive offers, and support onboarding. The position also provides HR-related assistance to employees and the public while supporting broader HR functions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience or
• Two (2) years of advanced-level administrative experience
• Recruiter Certification through the Recruiter Academy within 9 months of employment

Pay Range: $34.94/hr. — $46.17/hr. Pay is based on years of experience and applicable qualifications.
