Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Accounts Payable and Payroll Departments. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

A typical day will include: This position will share duties between the Accounts Payable and Payroll Departments:

Payroll -

• Maintain payroll information for hospital and foundation departments
• Prepare payroll checks, including calculating amounts due and submitting and balancing payments for payroll deductions
• Coordinate with department supervisors to manage time card approvals and extra compensation
• Work with HR to ensure accuracy of all payroll data; review all incoming new hire paperwork

Accounts Payable -

• Input vendor invoices
• Prepare accounts payable checks
• Communicate with vendors regarding unpaid invoices
• Assist in entry of purchase order invoices
• Scan invoices into Perceptive Content system

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in accounting is preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or payroll is required
• Skills: Data processing procedures

This position is: Full-time days, Mon.-Fri. - 7:30am-4pm.
