About the Role
As an Assistant HR Manager, you will have several areas of HR to coordinate or administer, not limited to recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, HR data systems, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. HR team members ensure that all HR operations run smoothly and effectively for the benefit of their clients - our employees.
This position supports our Transportation Teams across the country.
What You'll Do
You will work with other People First team members, program managers and staff at all levels in the organization. You will have experience working well through business ambiguity in a fast-paced working environment, and expected to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
