The Retail Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for successfully recruiting, hiring and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies. In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process. Working Conditions
Work will be sedentary most times: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. This is a virtual remote position.
