Monitors training effectiveness, maintains documentation, and facilitates hands-on workshops to ensure practical application of EMR tools. Addresses user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to promote seamless EMR usage and data accuracy.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Education:
  • Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college/university plus 1 year of relevant work experience required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for experience.

• 1+ years' experience developing and delivering EMR training programs

• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and clinical workflows

• Strong communication and instructional skills

• Ability to collaborate with IT and clinical teams

• Experience troubleshooting user issues and providing support
