The HR Recruiter, Support works independently in a proactive, high-volume work environment while supporting recruitment efforts for entry level, service, and clinical positions for WakeMed Health and Hospitals. The HR Recruiter, Support will effectively use the electronic applicant tracking system and available job board plus CRM applications to support assigned recruiter and hiring managers by assuring there is an available, skilled pool of applicants to fill vacancies.
This role will actively seeks candidates who exemplify the Wake Way Behaviors: Respect for People, Teamwork, Communication, and Commitment and Accountability. Accurately screens candidates to job requisition and may provide secondary screening including interviews or skill verifications. Manages the full recruitment cycle for WakeMed?s hiring process ensuring timely placement of candidates. The HR Recruiter, Support is knowledgeable about state and federal laws/regulations pertinent to the employment function and serves as a knowledgeable ambassador for WakeMed positions.
Department Description:6 month temporary position, onsite, assisting the Talent Acquisition Recruiter team with multiple screening and sourcing projects throughout the WakeMed Hospital enterprise.
