Are you interested in gaining real-world experience in Human Resources and office administration? Join our team as an HR Onboarding Intern and play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive first impression for new team members.
This hands-on internship is ideal for high school or undergraduate students exploring careers in HR, administration, or healthcare support services. This internship is limited to students who are receiving academic credit.
You’ll work closely with experienced HR and Occupational Health professionals and gain valuable exposure to onboarding processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative, clerical, and front-desk support to Human Resources and Occupational Health teams
- Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, students, interns, and contractors
- Assist in creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed

Internship Details
This is a temporary internship with a defined start and end date. The weekly schedule will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the internship.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
- Prior healthcare or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
