Your vision:

• You’re a rock star payroll processor, overseeing timecard collection, deductions, PTO accruals, garnishments and compensation.
• You understand that as a recruiter, you are a champion of Anythink culture. You will source, screen and participate on the interview teams to hire candidates that align with our values while providing a superb customer experience for hiring teams and candidates alike.
• You are a natural at making people feel welcome, guiding candidates through orientation, providing them with tools for success, and helping them feel like part of the team.
• You lead our benefit administration, holding new-hire meetings, coordinating enrollment and member benefit changes with vendors, and connecting staff with benefit resources.
• You are a genius at details, understanding the complexities and organization necessary for compliance reporting and management of programs like EEO-1, COBRA, FMLA, Work Comp and District Drivers.
• You understand the importance of maximum organization performance and efficiencies. You easily balance the needs of the business, employee and customer.
• You see the big picture; you understand that one of the most important roles we play is to create amazing experiences for our staff through programs such as staff events, wellness programs, reward, recognition and appreciation. 
• You enjoy being part of many different projects that help our staff thrive, from compensation studies, performance reviews, and development trainings.
• You are an explorer of technology and love learning about emerging trends that support HR initiatives. You understand HRIS systems and how to utilize them to help manage data and reporting.
• You are a wizard at understanding the learning and development needs of the organization. You are able to coordinate development and/or facilitate trainings that are relevant and meaningful to the organization and that help strengthen our culture.
• You like to dive into details and understand their importance, tracking HR metrics and analyzing data to recommend programs for continuous improvement.
• You always have hospitality in mind, both when working with internal and external customers.
• You collaborate with other departments and branches to support the needs of the district.
• You are a dynamic communicator with a positive and enthusiastic style, who can build connections with staff, customers, community partners, and district leadership.
• You have great ideas to share at staff meetings, district committees and enjoy taking a leadership role.

 Do you have what it takes?

• You have 3+ years of payroll, HR or recruiting experience.
• You have a bachelor’s degree.
• You have a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.
• You are tech savvy. You are computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, online resources and have expert searching capabilities.
