Attorney Talent Coordinator
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Hybrid | 4 days in-office, 1 remote | 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $65,000–$80,000/yr. (Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.)

We are seeking an Attorney Talent Coordinator to join our Attorney Talent Team.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Attorney Talent Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who provides essential coordination and client-service support to the Attorney Talent team. This role assists in ensuring a high-touch, seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders by assisting with logistics, schedules, communications, documentation, and coordinating talent related events. The coordinator also provides direct administrative support to the Chief Talent Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, invoice processing, reimbursements and general administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and consistently delivers polished, accurate work with exceptional customer service.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative, coordinator, recruiting support, or executive assistant experience preferred.
- Experience supporting attorneys, professional services, or fast-paced corporate environments is a plus.
- Recruiting coordination, onboarding support, travel planning, and event coordination experience strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in coordinating interview logistics, including preparing and distributing interview agendas, meeting links, and candidate materials.
- Support recruiting initiatives by maintaining candidate records and ensuring accurate documentation (as appropriate to systems used).
- Draft, format, and prepare offer letters and related recruiting communications using approved templates as directed.
- Ensure offer letters are accurate, consistent, and complete (e.g., title, compensation components, start dates, contingencies, etc.).
- Track the status of offers, acceptances, and pre-employment steps.
- Maintain recruiting files and documentation in accordance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Assist with arrangements for candidate travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, etc. within policy guidelines.
- Prepare and share travel itineraries and ensure candidates have clear instructions and points of contact.
- Process travel reimbursements and expense submissions; ensure receipts and documentation are complete and compliant.
- Partner with Finance/AP to resolve expense issues quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics in partnership with other members of the Attorney Talent team.
- Start-date and on-boarding communications to operations teams
- Assist in scheduling orientation sessions and key stakeholder meetings.
- Ensuring office setup, system access requests, and initial resources are prepared (as applicable).
- Support attorney professional development and internal programming by coordinating logistics of training sessions, workshops, CLE-style events, catering, materials, RSVPs, and attendee communications.
- Assist with the logistics of internal and external talent initiatives, including recruiting events, law school outreach, conferences, and networking receptions.
- Support alumni relations and maintain the alumni database.
- Support and organize the Firm’s Summer Associate and Fellows Program.
- Assist with the CTO’s calendar to include scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take notes as requested, and ensure action items are tracked.
- Draft and proofread professional communications on behalf of the CTO, maintaining confidentiality and excellent judgment.
- Assist in promoting recruiting and development initiatives through talent-related social media support (e.g., LinkedIn posts, event highlights, coordinated messaging).
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Exceptional administrative coordination skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail (high accuracy in scheduling, documents, and communications).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Professional presence and exceptional client service, with an outgoing, approachable communication style.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, attorneys, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and formatting skills (professional correspondence and offer materials).
- Comfort handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Event planning knowledge/experience, including logistics, vendors, and communications.
- Social media fluency, particularly in a professional context (e.g., LinkedIn), with strong attention to tone and brand.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 (Outlook calendar management, Teams, Word formatting, Excel tracking, PowerPoint), and comfort learning applicant tracking systems.
