$30-45hr for contract, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee all aspects of payroll processing twice monthly
Accurately manage new hire onboarding, terminations, and employee time reconciliations
Address employee inquiries regarding pay, time entries, and account setups
Maintain and update sick and vacation time in the payroll system for accuracy
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
5+ years experience in full-cycle payroll processing for mid-sized teams (200+ employees)
Proficiency with an enterprise-level payroll software (Paychex, Paylocity, ADP, etc.)
Ability to work with a personable, professional demeanor
Professional services (law firm, architectural firm, etc.) experience is required
