Overview:
The CapRAC Training & Exercise Specialist works collaboratively with regional facilities and agencies to develop, coordinate, implement and deliver disaster-related training programs and exercises. The Specialist works with other CapRAC staff to determine what types of training are needed to meet gaps identified through exercise and improvement plans. Additionally, the Specialist supports the CapRAC State Medical Assistance Team (SMAT) and Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), deploying on missions as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree Related Field Required - Or Associate's Degree Healthcare Or Emergency Management Or Related Field With Preferred Experience Required
Experience:
5 Years Disaster Preparedness and Response And Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required - And 8 Years Disaster Preparedness and Response And Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Preferred
