
The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is critical in advancing OU Health’s enterprise talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Executive of Talent Acquisition, this position collects, analyzes, and interprets recruitment data to drive operational excellence, identify performance trends, and support strategic initiatives. This role will also manage special projects, build and maintain reporting dashboards, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and impact of the TA function. This position requires strong analytical skills, project coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition workflows. The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst serves as a strategic thought partner to TA leadership and ensures that data and insights are translated into meaningful actions that improve recruitment outcomes and support organizational goals.
Support the Talent Acquisition Executive in operationalizing the strategic vision for People & Culture at OU Health.
Analyze workforce data and metrics to monitor performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for TA and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Translate data into insights and strategic recommendations to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the TA function.
Lead and coordinate special projects, including process improvements, system optimizations, and TA operational initiatives.
Support the evaluation, implementation, and reporting of recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, and vendor effectiveness.
Partner with HRIS, Finance, and departmental stakeholders to ensure data alignment across enterprise systems.
Maintain documentation for TA processes, reporting SOPs, and internal data workflows to support compliance and consistency.
Assist with executive presentations and talent acquisition reports for leadership meetings and enterprise strategy sessions.
Conduct research on talent market trends, benchmarking data, and labor analytics to inform TA strategy and workforce planning efforts.
Complete ad-hoc and special projects based on business needs and changes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 5 or more years of experience with HR analytics required. Workday reporting experienced highly preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or other approved relevant certification at the time of hire or attainment within 12 months of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and key performance indicators.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday), HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and best practices in handling sensitive HR data.
Strong executive presence that inspires and drive organizational change.
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting complex information to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Effective project management skills to plan and execute.
