Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

• Administer and manage tasks within talent and development systems, including content management, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Coordinate various leadership development programs across the enterprise
• Collaborate with project leads and HR teams to maintain talent development systems and ensure they are effectively supporting employee growth and learning
• Assist in the implementation of new talent development initiatives and systems
• Develop and maintain training materials and user guides to support employees using our talent and development resources
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:  

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 plus years of specific experience
