JOB SUMMARY
- The HR Benefits Intern will be responsible for assisting the Benefits team, which includes members from Benefits, Retirement, and the Employee Worker Injury Program, with projects related to the overall employee experience, daily administration of benefit plans, and interaction with employees to assist with benefits inquiries. The HR Benefits Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department, including: Compensation, Employee Relations, Employee Wellness, Front Office, Leadership Development, Recruitment, and Workforce Development. The HR Benefits Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health Executive of Human Resources.
