PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) COORDINATOR

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. Our People & Culture Coordinators have the opportunity to shape our employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge o f the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, and personal information

  • Assist with recruitment process including but not limited to, Monitoring and responding to all external and internal applications and resumes, Scheduling interv iews, Reviewing re ferences, Processing all paperwork such as drafting offer letters, background checks, new hire paperwork etc, Hiring into systems, monitoring status for Embark/New Hire Orientation, a nd More!

  • Effectively communicate with employees regarding all People & Culture items while treating all employees in a friendly and cou rteous manner. This role is the first point of contact in the office.

  • Assist with employee benefits such as open enrollment, workers compensation etc

  • Establishing relationships with leaders and teams

  • Increase employee engagement by organizing and hosting monthly events

WHAT TO BRING

  • Prior Human Resources or office management experience would be preferred

  • Great understanding of local culture and how it relates to our brand and employee experience

  • Experience in a high-volume workplace and the ability to multitask accordingly

  • Exceptional and personalized service

  • Energetic and positive attitude

  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
