Overview: The Sr. Associate, Learning & Development supports the Insmed Learning Institute curriculum and other learning and development initiatives enabling the development of our organization now and in the future. This role works within the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure effective coordination of learning programs and development of learning content to drive engaging and impactful learning experiences for Insmed employees. This role is the primary administrator for Workday Learning, our LMS, and LinkedIn Learning. Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking rooms or external venues, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and other support services.
- Enable positive learning experiences through marketing learning programs, communicating with participants and supporting facilitators as needed.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendor partners, identifying new vendors for learning needs, and coordinating vendor meetings and communication.
- Promote learning and development events and course registration, update course schedules and partner with Corporate Communications on intranet (The INN) and e-mail features highlight learning opportunities.
- Assist in the administration of training evaluations/feedback surveys through Quantum, consolidating participant feedback and insights and tracking other learning metrics for evaluation.
- Learning Systems Administration
- Serve as primary administrator of Workday Learning, creating and maintaining course listings, auditing and maintaining course catalog, launching and maintaining campaigns and learning assignments, scheduling offerings, and maintaining other learning data.
- Partner with HR Operations for reporting, advanced content creation, employee troubleshooting/support, and implementation of enhancements.
- Manage training-related documentation, include attendance records in Workday Learning.
- Support other learning & development teams across Insmed (Commercial L&D, Medical Learning, etc.) to create and maintain their content in Workday Learning.
- Partner with HR EA to maintain LinkedIn Learning licenses and employee data, run reports and share insights, etc.
- Support L&D course creation through content curation (leveraging sources such as LinkedIn Learning), development of PowerPoint decks and materials to support delivery of workshops and training, and creating assets that enable Social Learning and on-demand development and knowledge transfer.
- Facilitation of Insmed Learning Institute workshops, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organization Development, or other related field required
- 3-5 years of related experience within Learning & Development required; prior experience in Pharma and/or Biotech a plus
- Experience with design and creation of Learning & Development content and programming
- Experience with Workday Learning administration, other LMS experience will be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced facilitation skills and comfort presenting to global, multi-function/multi-level audiences
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to share data-based insights and solutions
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite, with excellent PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Quantum or other surveying software
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, with ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate across all levels and functions within a global organization
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
