*Position Overview*:
This is a recruiting role – primarily through cold calling – generally 50 dials per day. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy. In this high-impact role, you will focus on recruiting experienced financial advisors, offering them the opportunity to join a practice that supports their growth with competitive compensation, generous transition packages, equity growth opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and an outstanding culture. _This is not an HR position._
*Compensation*:
* *Earning Potential*: Generally, between $100,000 to $500,000+ annually, but with no cap on earnings. Earnings range is based on typical recruitment of 2-6 financial advisors annually.
* *Equity options available – *Equity shares are provided with each successful recruit, creating recurring renewals annually.
* *Resources *– Business development budget, computer, phone and recruiting database provided.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Identify, engage, and recruit experienced financial advisors nationwide*. Set appointments through calling on Financial Advisors (cold calling) – 90% of the role.*
* Maintain pipeline and follow-up process.
* Articulate the value proposition of joining BridgePoint, including our competitive compensation structure, full benefits package, and advisor-first culture.
* The main value prop is that we provide the capabilities of a wirehouse with the independence, autonomy, and the economics of an independent.
* Host virtual due diligence meetings.
* Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with company growth goals.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
*Qualifications*:
* Prefer proven experience in financial advisor recruitment, wealth management, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of financial advisory practices.
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of hitting recruitment targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and recruiting tools.
