Reporting Relationship: Human Resources Manager
General Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of basic personnel related clerical duties associated with applicant screening, data entry, filing, maintaining employment records, on-boarding of new personnel and basic functions relative to customer service.

Experience:
Required: Strong communication, counseling, facilitation, presentation skills required.
License/Certifications:
Required: Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain a valid Class “O” Nebraska driver’s license or the equivalent
Personal Skills:
Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Able to multi-task in a high pressure environment. Must be trustworthy, prompt, reliable, and able to maintain confidences. Must be able to work on evenings and weekends on an occasional basis. Must be able to support the Core Values of Box Butte General Hospital: Safety, Excellence, Compassion, Integrity, and Devotion.
