Job Description

We’re looking for Human Resources Clerks who are excited to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department and help ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. In this role, you’ll assist with recruitment activities, maintain accurate employee records, support benefits administration, and help coordinate training and onboarding processes.

You’ll play an important part in keeping HR processes organized and running smoothly while providing exceptional service to both internal staff and external stakeholders. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and professionalism—especially when handling confidential information—and we’re excited to welcome someone who brings these strengths to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling and coordinating candidate communications

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate filing and data entry

• Support benefits administration and employee documentation processes

• Assist with training coordination and HR-related communications

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, employee-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred

• 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated maturity and sound judgment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
