The Recruiter is responsible for owning the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure Door Controls USA consistently hires the right people in the right seats. This role is accountable for delivering qualified candidates, maintaining an efficient and consistent hiring process, and ensuring every interaction reflects our core values and commitment to Opening Doors for Generations.This position plays a critical role in strengthening our workforce by building relationships, creating strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with leaders to meet hiring needs with urgency and precision.Key Accountabilities
Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for all open roles Ensure all positions are filled within agreed upon timelines Maintain accurate and up to date candidate tracking and reporting Provide a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage Partner with leaders to ensure hiring decisions align with DCU core values and role expectationsRepresent DCU in the community to attract talent and build brand awareness Protect confidential information and uphold trust across all hiring activities Achieve defined recruiting performance metrics including time to fill and pipeline targetsCore Responsibilities
Own and execute full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance Identify, source, and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, and community outreach Manage and update the company career site and recruiting platforms Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, remove obstacles, and drive hiring decisions forward Schedule and coordinate all pre-employment activities including background checks and onboarding steps Maintain accurate candidate tracking through systems and reporting tools Attend career fairs, school events, and community activities to build talent pipelines Negotiate offers including compensation and benefits within company guidelines Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and recommend improvements Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policy, confidentiality standards, and applicable employment lawsPerformance Expectations (Measurables)
The Recruiter is expected to understand, track, and deliver on key recruiting metrics, including:Time to Fill: Consistently meet or improve target days to fill by role type Pipeline Health: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Candidate Throughput: Ensure a steady flow of candidates through each stage of the hiring process Offer Acceptance Rate: Maintain strong acceptance rates through effective candidate engagement and communication Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Build trust and credibility through responsiveness, communication, and results Process Efficiency: Reduce delays and eliminate bottlenecks in the hiring processConfidentiality and Trust
This role requires the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
