About the role
We are seeking a Principal Recruiter with a proven track record of placing VP-level and senior leadership talent across Marketing, eCommerce, and Product/Engineering functions. This is a high-impact, strategic recruiting role designed for an experienced talent professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers results at the executive level. The ideal candidate comes from a top-tier recruiting agency or a large CPG or eCommerce organization, with demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level candidates. Performance incentives are tied directly to hiring speed and retention outcomes. This position supports recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle executive recruitment for VP-level and senior roles across Marketing, eCommerce, and Product/Engineering functions
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive senior-level talent through LinkedIn, executive networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and establish selection criteria
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and functional expertise
- Drive action-oriented, results-focused staffing to ensure the company consistently attracts and secures top-tier executive talent across all business units
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of VP-level candidates across Marketing, eCommerce, and Product/Engineering disciplines
- Manage stakeholder communication, interview coordination, and candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
- Forecast executive hiring needs in partnership with HR and business leadership and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts targeted at senior-level talent
- Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention performance tied to incentive targets
- Support onboarding and transition processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience at the executive level
- Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or 10+ years of Executive Talent Acquisition experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on VP-level and executive placement
- Must come from a recruiting agency background or a large CPG or eCommerce organization
- Proven track record of successfully placing VP-level candidates in Marketing, eCommerce, and/or Product/Engineering
- Exceptional understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
- Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities and executive-level searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presence
- Proven knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern executive recruitment technique
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when working with senior leadership
- Familiarity with Rippling ATS/HRIS highly preferred

The pay range for this role is:100,000 - 135,000 USD per year(Glendale, CA)
