WHAT YOU WILL DO
This job is fast paced. You will run Zoom interviews and use your D2D knowledge to find the right people.
* Hold 6 to 10 Zoom interviews each day
* Check for grit, communication skills, and D2D readiness
* Ask simple questions that reveal mindset and coachability
* Keep clean notes and statuses inside of our ATS
* Give clear next steps to keep candidates moving
* Work closely with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs
* Talk with candidates through phone, SMS, and email
Your D2D background helps you make strong recommendations with confidence.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
* First Year Recruiters: $40,000 to $50,000 W2 Salary with performance bonuses
* $60,000 to $80,000 OTE
