Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to organizational leadership, employees, and external partners. This role is responsible for fostering productive, compliant, and people-centered work environments by providing expert guidance across the full spectrum of human resources functions. The HRBP plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while championing organizational culture, employee well-being, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner Communications & Operational Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for day-to-day partner communications and operational matters.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external partners to support organizational goals.
- Facilitate timely, transparent, and professional communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups.
- Governance, Compliance & Employee Relations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR governance frameworks and compliance policies to mitigate organizational risk.
- Promote equitable, healthy, and fair workplace cultures in accordance with applicable employment laws and organizational standards.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and corrective action.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all partner and employee populations.
- Training, Learning & UKG Systems Support
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of partner and employee training programs, including onboarding, compliance training, and professional development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) processes and best practices, supporting post-integration adoption and optimization.
- Provide ongoing system support, user guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure effective utilization of HR technology platforms.
- Employee Experience & Feedback Channels
- Design and implement structured employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys, listening sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze feedback data to identify trends, surface insights, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Champion a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Talent Strategy & Business Planning (Future Accountability)
- Partner with organizational leadership to develop and execute partner-level talent strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Contribute to business planning processes by providing data-informed HR insights and recommendations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations required.
- Experience with employee benefits administration and vendor coordination preferred.
- Experience in youth sports, nonprofit, education, or service-based organizations strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in high-growth or multi-location organizations.
- Experience working with seasonal or part-time workforce populations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG.
