The Human Resource Assistant role must have strong customer service focus; handle phone calls, emails and in-person encounters with high degree of professionalism. Must have excellent PC skills - MS Office Suite. Skills with data entry and reporting in Meditech strongly preferred. Must work well as a part of team, multi-task and assist others when needed. All work information is confidential. Ability to respond to questions from employees, applicants, and vendors in a professional manner. Familiarity with applicant tracking software and on-line job posting boards. Posts job requisitions on Applicant tracking system. Manages the pre-hire CORI process. Assists with new employee orientation processes. Verify personnel applicant and new hire licenses at primary source. Oversee the onboarding process with new hire documents and readiness to hire. Fulltime role 7:30AM-4:30PM
