Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, performs routine reporting and tasks, manages and maintains employee files, assists with recruitment for specific positions, advises on performance management, provides assistance and follow up on hospital policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College graduate preferred
- Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of HR Generalist experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Licensure and/or Certification
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
- Ability to be organized, detail oriented, multitask and maintain confidential information.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Computer proficiency required.
