Overview:
To welcome employees, applicants and callers in a warm professional manner. Assists in recruiting suitable applicants and initiates paperwork for prospective employment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains safety and cleanliness of the work station and surrounding areas
- Interacts in a courteous and professional manner with all staff, applicants and employees
- Creating Job Posting in ICIMS for open positions helps managers with interested applicants to move forward through the hiring process.
-Drug Testing Referrals
-Work Card Referrals
-Background Checks
· Process and enter new hire packets obtains required signatures
-input employment data into Oracle
-assembles personnel file
- Processes Employment Verifications
- Keeps Essential Functions are up to date
- Maintains Job Postings for Bulletin Board
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Maintains Employee Bulletin Boards
- Assists with employee events and activities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year receptionist/customer service experience
- Basic computer experience
- Ability to handle busy peak periods
- Excellent internal and external customer relations
- Must be open for constant interruptions and ability to set priorities
- Exuberance and passion for people a must
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and fun workplace
- GED / High School Diploma
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
