Overview:
Provide administrative and coordination support for the Talent Acquisition team, delivering responsive, accurate service to employees and management.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Direction
- Perform work under moderate supervision, receiving direction on moderately complex assignments. Work is frequently reviewed by more senior staff to ensure sound techniques and principles are applied.
At the Operational and Company Level
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external vendors in areas that could include employment screening, training and development, and/or government agencies.
- Assist with the planning and execution of career and/or college fairs, organization-wide meetings, or similar events.
Do the Work
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including managing background checks and coordinating provisioning with hiring managers and other departments.
- Assist Talent Operations Manager with the management of talent acquisition data and processes to improve process efficiencies and team performance.
- Process and file new-hire documentation in accordance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Support early career program activities (e.g., interview coordination, event logistics, candidate communications) as assigned.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Maintain and route company policy updates for review and publication, track completion and version control.
- Assist in the preparation and management of HR departmental data and analysis, including various reports and other employment related information.
- Follow applicable HR policies and compliance requirements; escalate potential issues to HR leadership as appropriate.
- Draft and distribute internal HR communications (e.g., policy updates, process guidance, announcements) as needed.
- Assist in the support of training and development activities organized by the department.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all HR-related information and communications.
- Complete employment verification requests.
- Document, maintain, and update HR and Talent Acquisition processes and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. B.S. degree in human resource management, business administration, or another related field preferred.
- Three or more (3+) years of experience supporting an onboarding team required.
- Basic knowledge of general HR principles and applicable state and federal laws.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HRIS systems and databases, UKG Pro preferred.
- Experience using ATS systems, iCIMS preferred.
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
- Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
- Mobility around an office environment.
- Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional reaching outward or above shoulder.

Salary and eligible variable compensation (if any) commensurate with experience. Range is $28.00/hour - $33.00/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
