Above and Beyond ABA Therapy is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring of key non-clinical and leadership positions across our growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent across departments including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Credentialing, Intake, Revenue Cycle Management, Physician Partnerships, Clinic Administration, and other corporate functions.

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, administrative, operational, and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, understand position requirements, and align hiring expectations.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, interview conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, conferences, and recruiting events.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed.
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, administrative, or operational positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-state organizations.
- Experience hiring leadership-level positions.
- Familiarity with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
