Responsibilities

This role involves posting job ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, data entry and tracking, and leading orientation
In addition, this individual may assist the Scheduler with matchmaking clients with the perfect caregiver
PCG (Personal Caregiver) Recruiter will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving

Assist the Scheduler with matchmaking clients with the perfect caregiver.
Communicate updates and next steps to candidates in a timely manner
Manage job postings and source candidates
Organize and maintain candidate records and documentation
Support on-boarding efforts and ensure compliance with company policies
Perform administrative tasks to streamline the recruitment process
Use AI proactively to expedite the speed and efficiency of the recruitment process
