About the Role:
As a Seaonsal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruiting team by coordinating interview scheduling and delivering a seamless candidate experience. You will partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders to ensure efficient processes, clear communication, and high-quality execution across the hiring process. You will play a key role in maintaining organization, managing tools and systems, and supporting Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives.

- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple recruiters, roles, and business areas, aligning calendars with hiring leaders and administrative partners
- Manage complex interview logistics, including multi-panel and senior leader interviews, while adjusting schedules and resolving conflicts as needed
- Communicate with candidates to confirm interviews, provide updates, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
- Maintain accurate scheduling details and updates across systems, utilizing recruiting tools to support candidate tracking and reporting
- Administer and support Talent Acquisition programs, projects, and recruiting initiatives with a focus on improving processes and operational efficiency
- Support recruiting processes and workflows through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Partner with recruiters and key stakeholders by participating in meetings to understand full-cycle recruiting needs and ensure alignment
- Contribute to timely hiring by supporting recruiting metrics, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Respond to candidate and stakeholder inquiries, resolving scheduling and process-related issues
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and the overall candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, human resources, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating across stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior leader or high-volume interview scheduling
- Experience working with human resources systems or applicant tracking systems
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
