Manager - Benefits
A member of the Human Resources division leadership team, assists in setting priorities, defining division goals, and developing a unified strategic plan, while overseeing the day-to-day benefits functions of the Human Resources department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related degree required OR 10+ years of progressive HR experience in lieu of degree
- SPHR/SHRM SCP Certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in benefit design, development, and implementation required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the analysis of benefit usage required
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, decision-making, project planning and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e-mail, Word, and PowerPoint, and internet explorer
- Demonstrated successful communication skills & leadership skills
- Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filings, and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs
