What You'll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of professional roles throughout the organization. This role is designed for a highly adaptable recruiter who can flex across multiple business areas and talent segments based on evolving hiring demand.
This position requires strong consultative skills, proven sourcing expertise, and the ability to quickly build credibility with leaders across different functions. You’ll operate in a dynamic, production-driven environment where priorities and hiring needs may shift, requiring a recruiter who is both agile and solution-oriented.
This recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, driving thoughtful recruitment strategies while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Full Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process across a diverse set of professional roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Support a wide range of hiring needs that may include, but are not limited to:
- Professional exempt roles (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Non-exempt operational roles (e.g., customer service, operations, administrative, etc.)
- Sales and sales support roles
- Technology roles
- Specialized roles requiring certifications or licenses (e.g., FINRA, life/health)
- Early career roles (e.g., internships, rotational programs, etc.)
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs, maintaining effectiveness across varying role types and talent markets.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review, screening, and structured interviews to determine best fit.
Hiring Manager Partnership & Consultation
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent market dynamics.
- Provide consultative guidance on candidate assessment and selection, hiring strategy, compensation alignment, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and a strong hiring manager experience.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive, high-touch experience by supporting candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication from initial outreach through offer decision.
Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate activity in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Monitor recruiting activity and outcomes to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance recruiting outcomes.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across a variety of professional roles and/or business functions.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong relationship building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to quickly learn new role profiles and effectively partner with leaders at all levels across different areas of the business.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technically savvy and adaptable to change.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience recruiting within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Corporate or agency recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting multiple lines of business or broad talent segments.
- Experience with iCIMS (ATS), HireVue (Pre-Recorded Interviewing), and LinkedIn Recruiter (Sourcing).
- Expertise with structured interviewing practices.
- Proven success sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets.
- Experience providing market insights and talent recommendations to leaders.
Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:
$89300 - $104500 / year
Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location & Work Environment
This role will be based in our corporate headquarters in Des Moines, IA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with at least three in-office days during a typical work week.
