We are currently seeking an experienced:
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Job Description:
- Maintain Payroll and HR Database information for multiple companies.
- Assist with benefit management for multiple facilities.
- Respond to inquiries from various government agencies.
- Perform customer service functions for field staff.
- Other miscellaneous duties to include scanning documents, special projects, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school or equivalent level of education and three to five years of experience in a personnel related field.
- Two-year associate’s degree with related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interact well with co-workers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
- Proficient knowledge of computers, word processing, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong administrative and keyboarding skills.
